Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days. Processing begins as soon as your order is placed. It may not always take the full 7 days though. When all hair is in stock, orders typically process within 1–2 business days before being shipped out.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
During Sales or Promotions:
Please potentially allow up to 5–10 business days for order processing during events such as our BLACK FRIDAY HAIR SALE, special deals or other high-volume promotions. Your order will ship immediately after processing is complete.
