Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address and the order has not shipped, email us immediately.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order has been scanned as Delivered by USPS, ownership and responsibility of the package transfers to the customer.
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
1. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.
2. Check with neighbors or building management.
3. Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.
4. File a Missing Mail Claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm or You can access USPS claims and tracking services at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
JaiLuxeHair is not responsible for packages marked delivered, as this falls under USPS delivery liability.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us 24-48hrs of receiving order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
