When Will My Order Ship & How Long Is Shipping?

At JaiLuxeHair, each order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive only the highest quality extensions.

Processing Time:

Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days. Processing begins as soon as your order is placed. It may not always take the full 7 days though. When all hair is in stock, orders typically process within 1–2 business days before being shipped out.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

During Sales or Promotions: Please allow up to 5–10 business days for order processing during events such as our BLACK FRIDAY HAIR SALE, special deals or other high-volume promotions. Your order will ship immediately after processing is complete.


Signature Confirmation (Required)

Due to the high value of our products, all orders require a signature at delivery. This measure confirms that your order is placed directly into your hands and protects your investment from misdelivery and theft.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, USPS will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup at your local post office. JaiLuxeHair is not responsible for delays due to missed delivery attempts.


Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been scanned as Delivered by USPS, ownership and responsibility of the package transfers to the customer.

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

    1.    Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.

    2.    Check with neighbors or building management.

    3.    Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.

    4.    File a Missing Mail Claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm or You can access USPS claims and tracking services at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

JaiLuxeHair is not responsible for packages marked delivered, as this falls under USPS delivery liability.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address and the order has not shipped, email us immediately.
